Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons paprika
- 2 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 4 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon hot chili powder
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and apply a thorough coating to meat. May be stored for several months in an air tight container in a cool, dark place.Tags:
